Sharing annotations

Dec 9, 2011 at 10:03 AM

Hello,

i would like to share annotations created, then not storing them localy to IsolatedStorage.

I can do a mechanism to receive and send xps + xml, but an existing processus may be already exists to do that, doesn't it ?

Thank you.

You can load/save annotations from any stream, it doesn't have to be a file in the IsolatedStorage. Not sure what you mean with existing processus may already exist.

I should say localy, for example in isolated storage but not necessary.

You could have developed a processus to embed annotations with stream during the transfer. It's an idea for future because I am certainly not the only one who need to share annotations for a document.

Sorry if it's not always clear, i'm french and my english (or american) is limited LOL

I did it finally : after closing my documentviewer (chilwindow), i transfered all data by a web service (document, annotations and watermark) ; so, when someone is opening the same document, he sees all annotations as well. In my use, annotations are shared, not personnals.
